consultations

$0 10-15 minute phone call

Finding the right therapist can sometimes take meeting with several professionals. I understand that it can be both emotionally and financially draining to go through multiple intake sessions only to realize it’s not a good fit. To help reduce that stress, I offer a free 15-minute consultation before scheduling your intake appointment.

During the consultation, we’ll discuss your counseling needs to determine the best path forward together. If I’m a good fit for you, we can schedule your first appointment. If not, I’ll be happy to refer you to one of my trusted colleagues.

children + adolescents

$175 45-50 minute session

$88 30 minute session

My primary experience working with children and adolescents involves treating ADHD and anxiety. With over 10 years of experience as an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider, I primarily work with clients on an individual basis. However, recognizing that children with ADHD require substantial support from their caregivers, I make it a priority to regularly meet with caregivers to discuss strategies for effectively supporting their child at home.

I offer sliding scale rates based on availability and proof of income. I also accept HSA cards, and as an out-of-network provider, I can provide a superbill for clients seeking reimbursement for services.

adults

$175 50-60 minute session

$88 30 minute session

$260 hypnotherapy session (90 minutes)

My experience working with adults includes ADHD, women’s issues, life transitions, anxiety, self-worth, relationship challenges, and effective communication. If you're feeling burned out, stressed, lost, or struggling with relationships and connection, I am here to help. I believe in a holistic approach to healing, recognizing that it involves the mind, body, and spirit. My focus is on acknowledging your past, observing your present, and guiding you toward a fulfilling future.

I don’t see you as broken or in need of “fixing.” Many of us share the same underlying fear: “I am not good enough.” As your therapist, my role is to guide and support you in unlearning these negative thought patterns, helping you accept and love yourself, and empowering you to live a more balanced, peaceful life. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems, person-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy. I am also a certified clinical hypnotherapist.

I offer sliding scale rates based on availability and proof of income. I also accept HSA cards, and as an out-of-network provider, I can provide a superbill for clients seeking reimbursement for services.

STANDARD NOTICE

“Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges”

Under the No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 404-757-9859
