$0 10-15 minute phone call
Sometimes it can take meeting with several therapists before you find the right one. I know it can be an emotional and financial strain to have multiple intake sessions only to find out it is not a good fit. I want to help decrease that stress as much as possible by offering a free 15-minute consultation before scheduling your intake appointment.
During the consultation, we will discuss your counseling needs to determine our best path forward together. If I am a good fit for you, we will schedule your first appointment from there. If we determine I am not the right fit for you, I will be happy to refer you to one of my trusted colleagues.

adults
$175 50-60 minute session
$88 30 minute session
$260 hypnotherapy session (90 minutes)
My experience working with adults includes ADHD, women’s issues, life transitions, anxiety, self-worth, relationship issues, and effective communication . If you are experiencing burn out, stress, feel lost, struggling with relationships and feeling connected, I am here to help. I believe in the holistic approach that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in acknowledging your past, observing your present, and guiding your future.
I don’t view you as broken or in need of “fixing.” Most of us have the same underlying fear: “I am not good enough.” My role as your therapist is to guide and support you in unlearning these negative thinking patterns, to accept and love yourself, and empower you to live a more balanced and peaceful life. For all clients, I use a combination of internal family systems, person-centered, CBT, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy. I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist.
I offer sliding scale rates based on availability and proof of income. I also accept HSA cards, and as an out of network provider I can provide my clients with a superbill for reimbursement of services.

STANDARD NOTICE
“Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges”
Under the No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
